Briefing: KONEN is one of Munich´s largest clothes shop steeped in tradition. The company was looking for possibilities to gain new clientele.

Approach: Pentaship brought Literaturfest München and KONEN to the negotiating table. We developed a concept for the co-operation, created events and managed the implementation of the co-operation processes.

Literature and fashion do have a lot in common. Fashion is always a statement. This becomes obvious when an innovative house for garments like KONEN provides space for readings with a specially created campaign: the “Fashion Poetry”.

Writer´s quotations with fashion topics were integrated in the entire communication. Also readings took place in KONEN´s showrooms, e.g. by Tatort actor Udo Wachtveitl and the author of “Hase Felix”, Annette Langen.

Results: Together with KONEN and Literaturfest München Pentaship also positioned the events as a Social-Media-campaign. It was intended to promote messages and statements on Facebook, new T-Shirts or jute bags. The campaign was so successful that the co-operation was prolonged for two more years.
