DATEV at the Literaturfest München (literature festival Munich) and the Bayerischer Buchpreis (Bavarian book award)
Briefing: DATEV eG is a software company offering IT services for tax consultants, financial auditors and lawyers but also for their clients such as medium-sized businesses, local authorities, associations and institutions. Its main focus is on the tax consultant market.
DATEV eG stands for an open exchange of cultures and therefore supports innovative cultural projects. At the same time DATEV intends to approach new customers.
Approach: Pentaship managed to bring both partners to the negotiating table. We defined both their objectives and worked out a main Sponsoring concept, with benefits and equivalents.
Since then Pentaship actively supervises the co-operation´s efficiency control and develops new communication ideas.
Results: The Bayerischer Buchpreis and the Literaturfest München have national significance. The 200.000 visitors of both events consist of target groups such as entrepreneurs, free lancers, attorneys, doctors, foundations and organizations representatives -mainly from the young generation. With a concerted approach of these target groups by print, online, client and staff incentives and Social Media DATEV achieves all objectives for both image transfer and business or product communication.
